I had an order for approximately £100+ rang and asked on the Friday, explained what I needed. I was told to come over on the Saturday which I did. I waited in the que 10/15 minutes then when it came to my turn I showed him my list he turned and looked at the clock and said I haven’t got time to do that. There was more than plenty of time left to put the order together. He obviously was more concerned about closing early than any customer service.
I would recommend you take your business to Belmey on Springvale Industrial estate Cwmbran, who are much more helpful.
