Rating:1 Staff “phone staff” don’t fully expain procedures put a vulnerable alert on my account now I can’t apply for nothing online and instead have to either ring or go in local branch, so in a way you have now made my life more difficult as if its not difficult enough, thank you for nothing!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 This is a small but well run branch of Lloyds. The staff seem friendly and helpful. Cashpoints and paying in machines are available. Parking is free but can be hit and miss on availability.

Freindly/ professional staff (as you would expect).
In a comprehensive shopping area so you can shop while you are out. Parking is free in that area.
Gave me cash bags when I asked for them 🙂
Lloyds also have an App which allows you to put in cheques up to £1k without needing to go to the bank or post the cheque, even on their Everyday Current Account which has no fee nor minimum monthly payment requirement.
