Had a great couple of days at the campsite. Only a small site but big in hospitality. John the owner really put himself out to sort us a 6-seater taxi to take us to a birthday party. He was a man with a mission and didn’t fail us. Had all the facilities we required. 5 mins to bus stop. We will definitely be back. What a find.

Lovely site, a bit hidden but has everything you need. Lots to do within a short distance including excellent pubs!

Great location, easy access to lots of walks and places of interest. Only downside was the constant roar of traffic as the site backs onto the A38. The Spotted Cow was a great recommendation from Helen the owner of the campsite. Literally a walk over the fields turn left and you’re there, dig friendly too!! Owners very friendly, we met on arrival and said if we needed anything just call.

We’d booked, turned up refused to let us on. Said its to wet. Could have let us know before we set off. Shame, cause been before was a nice site.

Absolute gem of a campsite. Some lovely walks, laid-back and cosy, hidden away in a lovely little valley with some fantastic Pubs close by.
