They were very accommodating when booking an appointment slot, they ensured the day and time suited me and helped fit it in around my other commitments.

Nat and Nick were great to work with, listening carefully to what we wanted to achieve, discussing options with us and giving clear information on costings.
We are planning to work with them again re-designing some inherited jewellery to more modern designs to then pass on as ‘special occasion’ gifts for the next generation.
