Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I really enjoy my meals from prep kitchen, they have given me the ability to eat great meals with good macros, when I’m too busy to cook, and therefore would normally eat something not as good for me. The menu options are great, and the options to choose what you want each week, and how many meals you get delivered is really good. I’ve had a couple of issues with incorrect meals been sent out but their customer service is great and they have rectified the problem both times.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Without a doubt the best healthy meal prep service I have ever tried. Simple and easy to use, hassle free, but above all else the food is out of this would. Haven’t had a bad meal yet.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Amazing taste, portion sizes and very clean nutrition with defined macro profiles depending upon your goal. Reliable delivery and always a new meal to tempt you from one week to the next. My favourite – Cottage Pie – absolutely lovely!

They are lovely, quick and much healthier than what you pick up at the supermarket.
In person customer service and assistance is great, and very response via FB messenger.
I would highly recommend these meals, especially if you have days you come home later but don’t want to compromise on taste and quality!
They cook from frozen too bonus.
