0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Me and my partner visited yesterday, was not greeted with a friendly welcome ignored us for a good 5/10mins when we arrived before they noticed us. When our food arrived we had to ask for extra plates which was dirty so handed it straight back to her there was no apology. Me and my partner both had a bottle of Lagar with our meal but we had to ask for glasses for which again was dirty. Chicken was dry and tasteless and chips was soggy. Will not be going back. Staff were miserable and not once did they ask was we ok and was everything ok with the meal just felt ignored. Basic friendly table service seems to have disappeared. Shame.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 If I could rate this a 0 I absolutely would. We got there at 9pm took at least 15 minutes for staff to even acknowledge us and once they did were extremely rude. Eventually sat down and ordered food which then took an hour to come out. We eventually asked how long our food would be for the waiter to role her eyes at us. Not helpful and really disinterested. The chips were anaemic and I asked for melted cheese on my butterfly and when it came out it was just a slab of cheese like you would put on a sandwich. Chicken was also cremated honestly the worst Nando’s I’ve been too ever and I love Nando’s. DO NOT recommend one single bit.
