We walked in the shop and were greeted by a friendly assistant she help me to find the shoes I was looking for, when I got to the till another assistant rang up my purchase and asked me if I wanted to have a protective coating on the shoes it didn’t cost much extra it took only a couple of minutes so I said yes.

Loved the shop great selection, bought what I wanted but went back a week later as shoes broke, manufacturer fault. BUT having said that refund straight away no trouble pleasant lovely staff very respectful, nice to chat with an assistant who tries to assist, size in stock makes a change and lovely to hear the assistant saying Madam/Sir, wow haven’t heard that in many a year, took me by surprise, someone actually knowing their job and how to assist and actually speaking to you rather than carrying on a conversation with their colleague and ignoring you.. well done Pavers for shoes and staff.

Will not shop there again . I am disabled meaning difficulty walking due to muscular dystrophy! And that was completely ignored and brushed to one side by the manageress, as I wanted to try a pair of sandals on and told to go up the steps to sit down even though I’d said I was disabled. The older assistant showed me a seat on the level I was on so I didn’t have to use the steps. I did ring head office the next day and made an official complaint about the manageress and I did get a call 2 days later, when I was on holiday and sat in a cafe, of which told her I couldn’t talk bcos of where I was and told her to call the next day at 5pm and I am still waiting for that call !! DISGRACEFUL ! WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER CARE ?

Pavers sell some good shoes and some that won’t even la’s a couple of months. I purchased a pair of mens shoes called Authentic Jeans. Not a bad looking shoe despite being all plastic. I purchased them at the end of April wearing them occasionally and then May and June a little more often but not daily. The hollow thin rubber heals punctured on both shoes. They were £30+ which for the time they last makes it expensive shoe wearing.
