I would like to mention in particular Abigail Cantrell who I have dealt with who’s customer service has been very professional & thorough.A1 service all round

Liam @ wards has been with us throughout from showing us around our house viewings, to helping us put an offer on our dream home. We recommend Liam, Steve and all the staff at Wards Maidstone who are all very professional and reassuring for what can be a daunting experience.

Having been unsuccessful with another estate agent, Dan @ Wards took over and within 2 days, we received two offers, one which we accepted. Throughout the process, Dan provided a professional, friendly and courteous service, ably supported by Jo and Tina, if he wasn’t available. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wards, to any potential seller…they’re very good and deserve their reputation.
