Showing 6 reviews Rating:1 1 star, only because I have give them one. Booked this and it was all confirmed. Then they wanted full copies of driving licence before access was given . But of a joke. Been with various companies for years, never had to do this. All this after billing my credit card. Turned up at the property and access was not forth coming . Expected me to send copies from there front door. Spoke to a loud mouth aggressive customer services. Not surprised the car park was empty. Everyone is staying away

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Room is perfect very clean and well laid out. There is a fridge in the room and a microwave, I found this very helpful it meant I could save money on eating out. And could keep my drinks cool. The staff are very helpful and respond back very quickly. Plenty of parking in a carpark at side of building. And it is easy to access the building and room. I am very happy

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I’m really disappointed. We’ve had issues from the start. Couldn’t get into the building. Code didn’t work took almost an hour to gain access. Not clear signage. We’re in the apartment so we had allocated parking space which backs to a very unsightly bin area. The apartment stairs and hallway has a awful smell. This was reported 3 days ago, nothing has been done. They’ve told me this morning they are sorting it. It stinks of poo.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Very comfortable, clean and well presented. Kieran was especially helpful and really looked after us really well. Brilliant free WiFi etc , all easy access. I will definitely book to stay at the new lodge again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Booked last minute so didn’t expect much but they definitely went out of way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and polite, lovely room, clean, comfortable and even got Disney plus on tv for relaxing!

The bed was very comfortable slight problem with the key code getting in but it was easy to get hold of someone to help me with it.
Plenty if parking quiet area and lovely views. Good village about a Mile away with good shops, restaurants, lots of pubs and a theatre .

The apartment isn’t clean even though they stress it’s cleaned throughout. It hasn’t.
We’ve had to move furniture around, the sofa was under the TV. On moving the sofa it was dusty with an old sock under it.
The shower room needs a good scrubbing. I’ve had to clean it for our use.
No general waste bin. We’ve had to buy sacks. No washing up liquid. Again we’ve had to buy our own.
The first day no hot water in the kitchen. An engineer came out and sorted that.
Had to ask for breakfas...

Bathroom was also so lovely, and clean.
Will be returning and would recommend booking for a relaxing night
