I am writing this review to tell others to not waste their money as we did. The mini golf was incredibly low quality and basic, and located in a room that was really poorly maintained and decorated. It looked very handmade, and like someone had made it for a hobby or to have in their garden, not for a business where they could charge people to play. The difficulty level of the holes was inconsistent, we got many holes in one, but also scores of 15+.
The member of staff that greeted us had really poor customer service, when we called to book and also whilst we were there. I didn’t feel like he wanted our custom at all. The whole building was completely silent, and the staff member sat behind the desk in the same room we played the golf. We were the only people there, and it felt incredibly awkward.
