Had abysmal visits and nice ones. Recent visit after my granddaughters dad’s funeral the day before was a disgrace. Two girls at the counter took delight in refusing one child in when there was clearly room. A manager then said they were over full on their computer. We saw kids coming out and still no entry. Eventually frustrated my granddaughter was crying in the doorway. She was insisting she still wanted to come. The manager then kindly came out and saved the day by saying she could now come in. The other two who had been behind the counter continued a fued with us giving us evil looks etc. pretty pathetic when they knew a grieving child just wanted a distraction.

Wacky Warehouse hosted my 8 year old son’s birthday party. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly, providing an extra couple of party bags and being on hand at all times. The kids all had a great, shouty time. It was also very reasonably priced. Big thanks to Fiona, Brittney and Joanna x

Just had my son’s b’day party held today the worst ever I experienced booked for 1pm to 2:30pm food came after I chased them up twice at 2:20pm no drinks for the kids after couple of chases again no deserts for the kids at all party bags handed over after chased and only stickers and a activity book+ voucher (for next visit) when most of the kids had left! I am sorry but got to say never ever again!!!

Doesn’t even deserve one star, I booked a party for my 3 year old (his first party) wow what an experience! So upon arriving it was absolutely hectic in there we had been allocated a table for 6 people, when i had booked for 14 I noticed a table behind me was free so i placed the cake on there and then a lady started kicking off complaining that was her table ,so i went and spoke to staff, so somehow they had double booked for the party. Which is astonishing they hadn’t realised this till the day as i was phoned 3 times by 3 different members of staff to ask about allergies etc so plenty of opportunities to realise they had booked 2 parties for the same time. The options that were given to me were have the party room which would be impossible as its upstairs away from the playarea plus we had 3 kids under the age of 1 or stay downstairs and have the kids party food there which would also be impossible as it was absolutely hectic down there so the only thing we could do was wait over 2 ...

Extremely disappointed experience!
I was about to go In with my child when the cashier ask me if I’m here for the children party! Obviously I said I’m not here for any party when she very rudely said she’s not letting anybody in who’s not for the party! There’s no sigh that is a private party which wouldn’t even be a problem but Wacky Warehouse should definitely have some manners for customer service! Not difficult to say unfortunately there’s a private party therefore is not open for the public rather then she not letting anybody in! Definitely not coming here anymore neither offer to anybody
