Took my 2 year old daughter today. Great place for kids however found one member of staff quite rude I got told off for eating some food which I brought in I didn’t realise you are not allowed to bring in food of your own upstairs as there is no clear signs, yes i know its a pub that serves food but food wasn’t being served until 12pm and we was there from 10am my daughter wanted a snack again I got a scornful look when i gave her a snack but what do you expect me to do starve a 2 year old until 12pm! I then wanted to order some food and was told I couldn’t as my time would be up I asked if I could just order and sit at the table, again was told no. Would like to come again but the staff need addressing.

I worst place I have ever met in my life. We not recommend anyone.

The receptionist is very rude and raciest. We went their Saturday with family and she send us back because we didn’t book in advance. So we went next day, booked well in advance for 13.00 pm. We reached on time. And she told us to wait outside for 10 minutes to make her tidy up inside.
We wait outside for 1 hour and 40min.
I doesn’t want to make my kids unhappy so spend long time outside.
She saw us keep waiting outside but she didn’t speed up her cleaning work.

After long wait, we went to the reception to pay. She told we can stay there only 30 minutes. Some party is booked after that. But she didn’t told anything before waiting. So we came back from there.

Me and kids were so sad and disappointed. We wasted our time and effort.

Here’s the thing….. Confusion over where my granddaughter’s birthday actually was and no roadside signage at that Wacky Warehouse meant I drove to Quays Wacky Warehouse first.

I found my way upstairs to the play area and though it was obvious said granddaughter wasn’t there, I asked the staff and they directed me two junctions down the A45 to Lakeside. It was where I thought it was!!!!

Of the two fairly close Wacky Warehouses, I preferred Lakeside as it had more room but the staff were helpful here at Quays and it looked perfectly OK to me…just smaller.

3-stars on the first cursory look. Plenty of parking on site and finding where to go upstairs wasn’t hard. Worth trying.

it’s not a bad place but there is no elevator available for the playground upstairs, to buy a coffee you have to go downstairs, how can I leave the small children upstairs and go downstairs to get a coffee. Indifferent and inattentive staff with nasty behavior. I don’t think I’ll ever go there again, and I don’t recommend it either.

Came here over the half term first thing in the morning pretty quiet. Easy to get to and while there is paid parking in the front of the building you can enter your registration at the desk so is technically free don’t get conned into downloading the app and paying. The facilities are good with disabled access.
So the story is while playing one of my little ones had a toilet accident which meant we had to leave early, not only were they helpful but the attendant at the time Kim was super helpful and gave us some free passes for the next trip because we were like 20 mins in before the play was interrupted.
