Very efficient. Quick follow up calls. Didn’t need to chase. Much better than my main dealer.

Extremely helpful staff who really want you to be happy with the service you receive, and so they deliver a very high level of customer satisfaction as an overall visit, service received was excellent, car was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone, you won’t be disappointed with this place.

Had a new tyre fitted, when i came to pick up my vehicle i noticed new scratches on my alloy, i went back to the garage to speak with the manager who sent a worker to take photos of the damage, i was told by the manager that i would hear back from them with a resolution, but have heard nothing since. Poor service

Problems appearing out of nowhere things showing up on my mot re test that wasn’t there in the first MOT. first Mot was incorrect and no effort was made to amend it.(apparently someone entered the wrong code by accident) Customer service didn’t help and the problems were found on my re test that has nothing to do with previous mot fail. Awkward all around feels like you guys just wanted me to waste money with your company hence why I took the car somewhere else for repairs yet apparently more problems seemed to appear out of no where. Will never come back to this place and wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants a mot.

Thank you so much to the Team at Northampton for helping us today 13/4 – we had a blow out on our way home from a family day out. We managed to get the space saver on and get to the closest garage which happened to be Kwik Fit and even tho it was 4.15pm and close to closing they fitted us straight in and got us back on the road to home within half an hour of arriving at the garage. Cannot thank them enough for helping when we needed it. Amazing service.
