0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Pre-sales support is good, but once you have purchased a product the customer care is just awful. The exhaust I purchased (£300) is clearly manufactured incorrectly (the catalytic converter is welded 180 degrees wrong in rotation), it grounds out on the road. I sent numerous emails with detailed images of the issue. I received one call from a very rude lady telling me off for sending ‘too many emails’. They have now decided to ignore my requests for help, so I am left without a vehicle for transportation. Note that they do not offer a telephone number to call for customer care, instead you have to email which they clearly like to ignore as much as possible. I’ll now have to dispute this purchase under section 75 of the Consumer Act. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE – AVOID!! (I’m sure the owner will put a response to this, asking me to contact customer care. My response is… you sir, need to check your staff as they are rude and very unhelpful).

I got even phoned up that I have ordered the wrong parts for my vehicle and they recommend a different one. These small details in customer service makes a huge difference. Delivery turnover was less the 48h promptly to my door. Very happy customer here and would give them a 10 star review if I could. Thank you!

I ordered an exhaust for my Jeep Cherokee for which they contacted me to ascertain that I had ordered the correct item prior to despatch as it had showed up as an anomaly on their system. I confirmed it as correct and the item arrived two days later. They then called me two weeks later just to check that all was in order. That is customer service at the highest level. A big thank you to the team and keep up the good work.
