0 You have already voted! Rating:1 In my 10years being in the trade I have seen such poor customer service I received today a Tps Northampton. The service is shocking, I wanted to order a part for van . The one guy told me with me shortly after 5mins the other chap was not even bothered to leave his chair behind the wall to attend to me .He kept sat in his chair and was asking what part I need to order hiding behind a wall . Very poor customer service. I will not be going there again.

Rating:5 Reserved parts via phone call yesterday and they were ready to collect first thing this morning which saved me an 40 mile round trip twice to have to go in and pay to reserve. Much appreciated. Bonus that a fit guy on a motorbike carried my parts to the car for me as I was carrying my baby

Any problems I have like back ordered parts or parts bagged wrong to label are not the Northampton teams fault and can’t be held against them and they always try to resolve issues as quickly as possible

We’re OPEN we have the parts in stock but we can’t serve you ♂️.
What happened to good old pen and paper then update the system Monday.
The gentleman with the glasses also told me he shouldn’t serve none trade account customers .
I’ve been going to TPS and many of my friends also have been for years.
Showing potential customers the door can’t be good for business.
