    Can only pay in notes not coins. So all that spare change you have saved up and want to put into your account forget it.
    Also why do you have to have so called staff, peering over your shoulder when ever you use the machines?
    If they want to be helpful, why not give them a teller’s position so they can do what a bank should do

    And really 3 machines after the profits you made why not more?

    Staff are super friendly but being back actually tellers and not advisors, I don’t wanna sit there for 40 mins to sit on a sofa surrounded by fake plants.

    ”I recently had my appointment to do my verification on my bank app. In my experience, I thought I would loose my appointment because I forgot my passcode and couldn’t open my app. From the time I arrived, 30 minutes before my appointment time, I was so thankful because wasn’t too busy and not too many people inside. When I came to the receptionist, I am well pleased because of her welcoming smile. I showed to her immediately my appointment reference number. And then, she then ask me to wait until my name was called and ask me to find my comfortable sit. When it was already my turn and sadly I couldn’t open my app. I get so anxious what alternative will they do for about my verification. Then, Ms. Andrada ask me my valid ID and proof of address. To make long story short, it wasn’t that easy because I couldn’t open my Barclay App. I thought I wouldn’t make it. But because of her professionalism and help it was satisfying day for me.     They have a poor service for international students. They do not accept the University accommodation letters given by the university as proof of address. Since Uni accommodated students don’t get utility bills, they do not accept any other document as proof of address. Also had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. Really Disappointed.

    The app for getting your account set up is all useless less. It crashes all the time. The staff are as helpful as they can be which given they know nothing about the app or their own computers is again useless. Barclays should close all
