Only one person working in the entire branch when I visited. She was brilliant but it’s poor not having more staff on especially from 12 to 2pm when more people want to drop in during their lunch breaks.

Pay in machines sometimes don’t work and can stop working whilst paying money in. Had to badger someone in charge for a note to say the machine ate my money and stopped working (as if I would just leave) Took me two more visits with no success and about four days for the pay in to be processed. Other than that, no problems in around 4 years with them and staff happy to help.
