0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Been with this bank for years. They use to be the most helpful bank. Recently went in to require a service. But they was more interested by be little me by some payments from paypal that i did to someone I felt very uncomfortable and didnt feel welcome. I all i wanted was some help and didnt get it that much. Im sorry tsb i wont be coming back after this. I might swap banks.

She and others have treated me in a shocking arrogant manner. When asked why an account was closed she could not give me any explanation. Told me to return to the branch to open new account and then told I can’t even do that. Prejudice was shown deliberately. Lack of care and willingness to help completely shattered my belief that TSB can provide at least decent customer service. Account closed due to fraud but they didn’t want to say exactly why and how, if my personal data was protected or anything. They just told me that ‘no you can’t have this account and you can’t make another one either, try to go to Barclaycard’ . TSB asking customers to go to a rival bank? Only because the account seemed sketchy as it was not used in 3 months? As the account holder was foreign it was very clear they only wanted to get rid of the problem by calling security to escort me out after askin...
