Went there for a Sunday roast. Wow! It was very nice! There were 10 of us at the dinner. All of us enjoyed our dishes. All about the seasoning and textures. Desserts were very nice. Good value for money too! Friendly staff and service.

Popped in on the second day of an epic Rugby tour throughout England and was not disappointed. Fireplace going in the bar, great crowd, perfect for a post-match pint and meal on a rainy night. Everyone was super friendly and they had great real ale on tap. Food was second to none, not your average pub food, I’m American but this was definitely the best fish and chips I’ve ever had, cheers to the chef. Will make it a point to stop here on my next trip through Northampton!

    Very hippie and cosy pub.
Have to be honest and say it was one of the top 5 Sunday Roasts I have ever had.
    Cheap, well-served and tasty.
