Awful, awful service over the phone. Desperately ringing all the hotels and B&Bs to save a friend in danger. Explained the situation to an old lady on the phone and she dismissed my request for a room immediately, which was fine. I then politely responded “no worries, is there anyone else local I can contact?” to which she hung up the phone – despite knowing the danger my friend was in. Wouldn’t call about a room again if it was a choice between a room there and the streets.

Stayed here when attending a concert at the Northampton Cricket Ground as it’s only a short walk away. Great location & room.

Lovely stay, rooms warm and very clean. GREAT experience, affordable rates. Highly recommended
