Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I bought a bike from hammer ebikes about a year ago, I’ve had little to no problems with my bike so far, the motor is still going strong, the battery does the job perfect, and my controller is still in good shape, can’t really complain about anything! Very fast bike, a lot quicker than I expected and built to a way higher standard than most ebike company’s I’ve come across, The man delivered the bike to me and explained how it worked, and how to use it, which was very helpful, not only that, if you do have any issues with your bike there customer service is very helpful at diagnosing and fixing issues if possible, so your never left in the dark wondering “what’s wrong with my bike” it’s really nice doing business with you guys over at hammer ebikes, like I said, I really have nothing negative to say about the company, 5 stars

We purchased two hammer bikes a couple of month ago ( didn’t want to leave a review without giving bikes a good check out).
These bikes are an absolute dream as i thought my cycling days were over due to illness!! i have rediscovered the joy of forest trails, disused railways etc..
What make hammer bikes stand out is the personal service you receive with outstanding advice and of course they are based in Britain and they only use good quality components. These bikes are well made and very fast if required ( would advise on the cog that allows pedalling at higher speeds if you like speed) we never got it but feel it would be handy.

Ian’s e-bike build is really perfect for my needs / Very happy with the product. Can’t recommend enough. Bike was available to collect promptly. Very professional & reliable shop.
E-Bike comes with it’s own manual and a keychain in shape of a hammer.

I hate to contemplate what issues there might have been if a cheaper bike had been bought from “a far off land” – most likely no post sales support at all. So buy local and enjoy the support!!
