Lauren was professional, patient and applied absolutely no pressure. I really feel she looked after us, listened to our needs and understood us. I can’t praise her and the team at Ford highly enough. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

With already 2000 miles on the clock of my new van and any questions I had Richie and his colleagues have been nothing else but extremely helpful to me. Rating:5 I had heard Brilliant reviews from a friend of ours about Paul they used at Ford Northampton so as we was looking to buy a van we went in and requested him from the get go. From someone who runs one of the biggest logistic companies in the world, his professionalism and kind/helpful manner blew me away!! You do not get people like that these days, when you want to be sold something you don’t want someone shoving it down your throat that’s not a humane way to sell anymore!!
