    I have bought many new cars in my life but the best experience I had was with this dealership. Callum was very good, attentive, expedite and most of all efficient, in little words: most professional dealer I had to do business with. In one week all paperwork, finance arrangements, contracts and car picked up so swift. No mess about. Thank you Callum and I still love my new XC90 😉

    My first, proper paid job I had,,, stayed for about 6-9 months.. seem to remember asking customers if they wanted their car oil and water checked and/or topped up, even though the pumps were on a slope! Keith Bell was my immediate boss.. nice chap.. cycled every day from Cogenhoe, come rain or shine.. loved it there!

    I have been using Bells Volvo Northampton for a few years now and although they are a main dealer, their services and parts have always been very competitive. (I believe you also get free breakdown assistance with a service). I usually work from there, when I bring my car in, and I have found the facilities (free drinks machine, toilets, desks, free internet, etc.) good. I would recommend this garage.

    Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Flexibility at Volvo Northampton:

    I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Volvo Northampton, which has significantly tarnished my view of their customer service. I booked a £1250 service, including a Polestar Optimisation. Knowing my financial limits, I arranged to use Bumper payments, split over six months, to manage the cost comfortably. Despite a clear history of punctual repayments on similar plans, my Bumper application was inexplicably declined this time. This, however, was not the core issue.

    When I informed the service manager that I could only afford £600 at that moment, with a promise to pay the remaining £650 within three weeks, the response was both rigid and unsympathetic. The manager outright refused my proposal, insisting on full payment before releasing my vehicle. This demand was both unreasonable and impractical, especially considering my current financial strain and the necessity of my vehicle for daily fam...

    I’ve taken delivery of my V90 Cross Country today, purchased from Andrew at Bells Volvo Northampton. The car was well priced, the whole process was made really straight forward, and the car was delivered to my door. This is the best customer service that I’ve experienced whilst purchasing a car.
