Fantastic service and great sales team, Jack took me for a test drive in my car and I was sold instantly, he was a great lad to talk to and knew everything I needed to know about the car, Damon and Martin went above and beyond to finalise the sale and made sure I could collect the car when best suited me, they turned it around in double quick time. everyone I spoke to had plenty of time to answer my questions and sort what I needed, they’ve been in touch since to see how I’m getting on and speedily replied to any emails when I’ve had questions about certain features.
as for the car itself, I couldn’t be happier, I had an older model Octavia vRS a few years ago but this is just a different level, so many features and technology, very comfortable, looks great, and as it’s a vRS… pretty nippy too.
Thanks guys, see you in a few years for a new 1

Couldn’t recommend this dealership more! From the moment I enquired to handover the entire process was professional, seamless and overall an extremely positive experience. Every member of the team made me feel so welcome and we’re all so attentive. I have recommended them to family and friends who have also purchased cars from here, and have the best experience too. Thank you to the entire team here for looking after us so well, we will definitely be returning for our next purchase.

Chris provided us with an excellent service. He has been friendly & very helpful. He guided us through the various options when choosing our car.
He wasn’t pushy.
We would have no problem recommending Chris or Marshalls.

Recently bought a second hand car here and was amazed by the service we received. Chris was fantastic to deal with. He went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and easy as possible, even going as far as to drop us off at home and pick us up again to collect our new car after we sold our original car elsewhere. He had great communication skills and really gave a personal touch to the experience. I would 100% recommend buying a car from Chris and intend to do so again when we decide it’s time for another upgrade.

What a great team!
Jack is a great addition to the “old guard” of Mike & Dan.
This is my 5th Skoda from this dealership and the sales team are just getting better and exceeding my expectations.
Jack works with efficiency and empathy plus a good sense of humour. It makes necessary purchases more enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
