Chloe from service team helped the situation by making sure I had a loan car until the work was completed on my car. It was expensive having the work done, but I honestly felt like a valued customer. Really happy with the whole experience.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Absolutely superb service, literally. Paperwork was ready and they accommodated me by doing my bike first so I could sit and wait for it. I sat in the ample waiting area at a table where I could work, whilst helping myself to one of the free drinks that were available. Of course we’d all like servicing costs to be cheaper, but it was professional and I felt valued. Great job!

Bought a 650 versys through autotrader from these guys, didn’t event see the bike, and they took time to send me a personalised video and answer any questions I had. Thanks Peter, Stuart for the great and quick communication, they made the purchase easy and secure. Thanks also to Steve for delivering this superb machine, they even arranged the delivery to fit around my working schedule, I’d recommend!

BMW refuses to look at all the video evidence I have ( it won’t let me upload on here) I have uploaded them on my tictok/ facebook if you want to have a look!
First time it went in they they reprogrammed the drivetrain but can’t find out where the nocking noises are coming from. Then I start my car went to pull out , my car died in middle of road and it happened again drivetrain come on .
There bmw specialist says it cause it was low on fuel ( 95 miles still in it ) and still says nothing wrong with it
