Showing 4 reviews Rating:1 Read the other negative reviews before you use them. Their excess insurance is not valid. The car company will tell you that they scam people. Expect to pay another 400 euros when you pick up the car. And despite their responses to negative reviews on this website, they will not assist or refund. Chargeback is your only option. Be warned.

Rating:1 This people are the worse, I have a car booked for next week and they just told me that for the government restrictions they are not allowed to provide the service, but like my booking was not refundable, they will not refund me, but they will save the money until the end of the current year for another booking.

Asked for a large automatic jeep sized to accommodate disabled people and their wheelchairs
Given a manual seat leon and they wouldn’t change it.
Ruined a well needed 7 day holiday for a group of disabled people who were stuck in an apartment and had to cancel all their day trips.
No refund, no apology, no car!
