Rating:5 Had such a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car Northants! Insurers made a reservation for me following a collision and they hooked me with a car within minutes and got me back on the road, had the car for 2 weeks and was spotless, me and my family hired a van last year and since they’ve been ever so grateful considering I have autism, Sylvia and think it was Eric cannot remember though was ever so helpful! Sylvia walked me to the car shown me around and made sure I was comfortable with the car before driving off! Considering I was autistic every single one of them were amazing and cannot fault Enterprise enough! Thank you again for the opportunity and will be coming here in the future

Rating:5 Excellent service even though there was a problem. Hired from Newcastle Airport who were very helpful in offering to stay back a while as our flight arrival was close to their office closing time. Next day noticed a loss of coolant. AA assistance organised and a replacement car made available quickly in Northampton. Everyone great to deal with.

I would like to take the time to thank your patient and polite members of staff personally
I no it can be hard as I’ve seen how busy it can be first hand and pressure to please everyone
With no idea sometimes what vehicles will be fit once returned to drive or what vehicles will be coming in for clients
I would also like to say I’m extremely fussy especially when I no the car I would like and also knowing what cars you do have flying around as rentals so if I’m paying the money like everyone els I would like the best I can get
And no matter what issues we ran into the days running up to the rental or on the day your members of staff at Northampton never let me down and honestly made me feel like
Yeh they do care and unlike some companies they did remember my preference and are conversation
I really hope these guys get the credit they deserve
So all these guys I delt with on individually occasions

Got to the garage this morning to find out that enterprise had cancelled my hire vehicle. And had not even bothered to email or call me to let me know why.
I spoke with a guy called Alex the day before and nothing was mentioned about cancellation. He said I needed to extend my booking past the bank holiday. I informed him that the company will extend it on the day. He told me that was fine.
I then speak to a guy called James today. Who tells me the hire was cancelled due to no extension! But didn’t think to call or email me. Or to even contact the company.
I can’t even get the vehicle delivered to the garage as they have no drivers on site.
I would seriously avoid this branch.
Not the usual experience I get with enterprise.
