Went to buy wood screws from B&Q I’ve never been there before finding the hardware department in total disarray The product’s had been removed from there package and boxes were torn apart with products obviously stolen and not replaced. It took me 20minuets and still didn’t find what I was looking for which was decking screws I went to a member off staff to complain and was told that the whole wharehouse was in total disarray not just the hardware department I left dont think I’ll be returning

Hertz? What’s that? But B&Q is massive. Beats Banbury hands down.

Occasionally have what I need some times can be very expensive but some of the staff are very helpful depending who’s working

Great service. Kept me informed of progress on delivery of hire car. Staff polite and accommodating. Would definitely be using again if in same predicament in future.
