Very dissatisfied with the service and attitude I received on Sunday, due to getting a new phone requiring a case and protector so visited here, picked one up and went to the counter, 2 people sorting customers out then 1 finished and went over to help there colleague when they knew I was waiting, could’ve sent the other to help me but no left me standing for 20 minutes waiting to be served, then looked at me walked into the back watched my sister walk out then it took her for my sister to walk off to get her to come over and serve me she then said “Is this what you’re having today” found that a little unprofessional, won’t be revisiting here, service and attitude completely attrocious!

Very good. Assistant seemed as little out of her depth, but was very polite and attentive and fetched help when needed, overall a good experience

I’d been having issues for over a month with O2 not recognising my number (despite being able to receive calls and texts) and being unable to get a PAC code to leave O2. I can’t fault the team in store, after having such a poor experience on the phone! It took two trips but everything is all up and running, and it all down to the team in store!! Great, friendly team who genuinely wanted to help
