I visited Tesco Mobile Shop in Tesco Mereway store yesterday 10 July 2023 between 12 noon -2 pm . I would like to note my gratitude to Staff Assistant Jen. Her help, knowledge,expertise in dealing with my change of phone and new Contract. I am elderly and her explanation and help was invaluable! Kind regards Marianne Hoskin

went in to one get lady to fit sim (didnt have the sim tool) no trouble and wanted payg sim ,brilliant service nothing too much trouble ,really impressed .

I went into Tesco mobile a couple of times between starting a new contract, having a small issue and then the next week going in to change to another contract at a better price. Each time I dealt with Chris and he was genuinely great help. Helpful, friendly and to the point with what he did. I was probably being a bit of a pain going in so frequently but he was always happy to sit down and get me sorted out. Cheers Chris!
