0 You have already voted! Rating:5 11/10 for the customer service at Three Weston Favell!!! I went in to store over the weekend and you cannot beat the level of excellence they have within the store. Vee and Chloe were extremely helpful in sorting me out a new phone contract giving me excellent recommendations and amazing advice making me feel very valued and appreciated. I would definitely recommend anyone who is with three or looking to join to visit this store as they are great!!!

New to three network, realised that most issues can’t be solved in the store, you need to call and when i did never got to speak with a human. I’m less than 3 weeks on the network and already:
– had network outages for hours twice already;
– sim didn’t switch till days later when it was supposed, had to go back to the store for this reason;
– unable to cancel/modify a contract as my call was diverted to a machine and was told it cant be done in-store.
For this I will give Three network TWO stars!!! I pray I won’t regret moving to three as I’m displeased already.
