Haven’t yet received my order, but I am already very impressed with the customer service. The colour I ordered was out of stock and this was dealt with quickly and dispatched the same day after a quick phone call.

Purchased a personalised blanket. Amazing service, had an issues with the spelling, however I contacted the seller. The order has been sent out for delivery. Nonetheless, the seller was able to retrieve it back from the courier change the name have have it shipped out. Blanket is super soft and detailing is beautiful.

I have ordered a personalized carousel without the engraved message.I tried to contact them through email,Facebook messenger and WhatsApp and even now after 9 days I haven’t received an answer.Very bad customer service!!Do not recommend!!!
