Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I bought a men’s necklace for £300 and after 3 months the silver had worn off and it was grey. It is advertised as being designed to be worn and to last and for it’s longevity but that is definitely not the case. I have a Tiffany bracelet that I’ve had for 15 years and I keep it on all the time and it is still like new. But the Tilly Svaees necklaces in the smallprint tells you not to wash with it on, shower etc That is not exactly durable. Men’s jewellery should not need this level of care. You should be able to wear it all the time, as I do my Tiffany bracelet. I’m not sure I believe it is solid silver if the top layer has worn off like this after less than 3 months. Very disappointed with the quality.

Just for reference, bought some Isabel marant boots and the quality and design are beautiful. Plus, would rather buy from a small business compared to a chain store.

I have ordered my shoes Thursday afternoon and had them delivered next day morning, packed with so much care in nice wrapping paper I am well impressed and i definitely will buy again! Thank you xx

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Honestly just LOVE everything about this store. I’ve no idea where it is in the UK, I literally saw them on Instagram and fell in love. The stuff they sell is fabulous, they even sell pre loved which is amazing. The owner is super cool – I literally want to be her – I’ve started buying brands I’d never heard of before, everything is so lush – definitely my favourite place for a little treat to myself . Delivery is soooo fast, everything packaged so nicely … you will not be disappointed. Thanks girls

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Awful customer service, very inflexible and unwelcoming (namely the owner on two separate occasions). The first time, I returned shoes within a week as I was unsatisfied with them and I was told I could not have a refund. On a different occasion, I wanted to exchange an unopened perfume as I had picked the wrong one (I was advised at the time by the shop assistant that I could exchange the perfume if it was wrong at the time of purchase) but was then told I could not exchange, and they in fact did not accept return/exchange of perfume at all! I received very conflicting information.

Found the owner very unpleasant and will not be shopping there again (I note other similar reviews on trust pilot).
I suggest if you are unable to give refund to inform the customer verbally at time of purchase (rather than a small sign hidden behind a plant), especially with high yield items.
