0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Visited yesterday to buy trainers and had a really great experience. The person who helped me find the pair I needed was super friendly and helpful, apologising that the ones I asked for weren’t made in my size.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Product prices are affordable and encourage you to buy them. Help store employees are quick, nice and helpful. At the cash register there is a person who was employed in the store as a punishment. No smile and the folding of the blouses I purchased was incorrect. However, for the quality of products and prices – I highly recommend it.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Decent array of items and have been in many times to pick up items, do find the range of shoes to be a little bland but a decent selection. Great for football shirts, sports gear! Staff are pleasant and happy to help when required and area for gaming with the game store operating inside.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Appalling service. Although the lady in the shop who served me was both frieny and helpful the till service was dreadful. It may ha e escaped the notice of the young ladies on the tills but when a customer presents themselves with goods and card they are meant to stop talking to each other or in one case blowing up foofballs and serve them. I don’t like bad service and left the goods at the till. Returned home and purchased what I wanted online, and at a better price. At least my visit wasn’t waisted, I know the size I want! Maybe they need telling that their jobs depend on serving customers……

After finding a suitable alternative, I enquired about sport socks and the two team members by the escalator were also helpful and friendly.
When I got to the till I joked about how I was a bit out of my depth in the shop as am not really sporty and the team member was really kind and reassuring.
Lastly, I needed to use the lift due to my mobility issues and the team member was really helpful and went out of his way to make sure that I was OK to use the lift alone as it’s quite an unusual piece of equipment.
All in all, a really great and positive experience – thank you Sports Direct team – you were fantastic!
