Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Very rude staff. Went today and one of the staff members said “give it me then” and snatched the sandwiches out of our hands and then when going to pick our food up another staff member snatched the chocolate orange my boyfriend was giving to me which she proceeded to pass to me.

We were visiting Northampton Mall with friends of ours and their 8m old baby Decided to buy a slice of pizza and buy some hot drinks from Costa as always we left the wife’s and child on one of the tables and went to the counter to order the hot drinks. Suddenly I saw a guy from the staff shouting to my wife and her friend that they are not allowed to consume own food on their tables (just wondering here are we allowed to feed the baby while drinking coffee on their tables as the baby food is not from them too) I called the guy to the counter and asked him politely are we allowed to buy a coffee and use their tables and he said yes but you are not allowed to eat while on the table as the food is not from us??? So nothing to say more here, next time will be Starbucks but never Costa again!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 This outlet has bad service. The staff is not at all cooperative. A simple request to warm a sandwich was not fulfilled citing lame excuses. The outlet location is good, however the staff bad attitude makes it unbearable.
