0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Ordered alcohol in Uber eats and received the wrong item. When I called them up they did not offer a refund or offer any help with my issue and were genuinely useless. Not ideal first and like my teachers used to say ….. could do better x

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Ordered a bottle of wine off Uber eats. They delivered the wrong one. Called them up and they said they won’t arrange for collection and replacement. Only if we went to the store ourself would they replace it, but we paid for delivery for a reason?

Said they couldn’t do anything and they can’t give us a refund. Advised to call Uber eats. We did and they said to talk to Londis which we had already done.
