0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I been in the store for hermes collection and one return item few min ago. Been serving by one girl, but the other cashier take over from her without any reason, he did not say any hello, and was so rude. Then he scanned my hermes parcels I told him that I have one return item aswell, and he said first he need to serve the other people in the queue, but I been on his till and he never finished with me, so I think I was priority not the other people. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN, THAT HE DID NOT FINISHED WITH ME, WHY I HAVE TO GO TO THE END OF THE QUEUE. He start shouting at me, I asked for his name, as I wanted to complain, he said he would not tell me his name, and he said I would never ever served in this store anymore. I don’t know his name, bat he is around 50 years old, dark hair, not very tall. So disappointed, this is worst experience I had in this store

Also I am severely disabled person relying on my food as I cannot cook or even make a cups. I had to make other arrangements so be careful of promises they make they hold no weight. Requested certain foods being vegetarian but never got them be careful of theirs empty promises.
Full of excuses and wants to be a fighter without any base which she would definitely loose. Contracts a load of pathetic remarks.
They will never deliver because they are broken down so that’s they are particularly to disabled customers and then throw some rubbish about contracts Amazing typical Asian attitudes simply amazing.
