Would leave 0 Stars. I went to collect a parcel to be told it was not there. The lady serving was so unbelievably rude when I politely asked her to check again as the parcel had been there for a couple of days. I was stunned at her absolutely disgusting attitude. Needs Reporting / Sacking. No customer should be left a shop feeling upset from a staff members foul language and attitude. It seems a common theme that parcels go ‘missing’ from this shop…

I was at the shop 16:30pm to collect my parcel, is my first time using the store. I meet a slim girl of about 5”8-9 tall. “I ask her I will like to collect a parcel, what are your process? This was after I greeted her, she couldn’t communicate and the next thing was to hiss at me and walk into the small room. I felt bad would want her out of that premises. Finally she walked to the counter where we meet again, I warned her one time, she can not hiss at me again and it can only be done one time in a life time. I walk away and screamed GET OUT………………I told her you can walk away from your responsibilities and this is how you will never be no body. The next word she said was, you are a racist. I look at myself and just imagine a lazy Lazy scumbag talking calling me a racist after I identify her as a failed individual. Well, a matured lady, who has been working so hard at the first counter walk up to me and politely apologies and sort me out. And still apologies. I don’t know this mama, but ...

I was there to collect a parcel (had a ‘delivered’ text and barcode from Yodel) but the rude woman at the till became so defensive saying repeatedly they don’t have it and it’s not their problem. I work in retail myself and know how to speak to worried customers about order issues but in this store a friendly communication is clearly non-existent.

I have to agree with the majority of other reviewers, staff are truly rude, arrogant and condescending. Quite frankly ‘gobby’ seems a good description and it would be better for the public if they worked on anthrax island.

Supervisor woman there thinks she is some kind of demigod – one of these imigrant (note I am an immigrant also) who thinks she is better then others, faul attitude towards customers. I am not coming back there again, btw reviews speak for the customer service quality.
She should never work serving people, pathetic behaviour.
