They have recently processed a big job for us, which involved picking, packing, postage, and preparing and posting letters through Royal Mail account, all to a tight deadline. It’s a complex job and they have handled it exceptionally well – I’m really pleased. The thing that sets them apart is the level of care and attention they have given me – I don’t feel like ‘just another customer’. It’s obvious that they really want to provide the best service possible and, in my opinion, they deliver on that (pun intended!)
