    Corrupt court.
I filed a defense for a parking ticket ccj that I had paid and the creditor asked for my address as I had moved.
He then ignored my communication and told the court I hadn’t responded so he could proceed with default judgement. The court acknowledged that this may be wrong but decided the judgment has to stand and I need to pay to lift it. Up yours!!
Now I have a ccj for 6 years, so what?!!
You’re not going to be able to get the money as I still have the receipts!! Plain corruption!

Whist processing my re-mortgage application, the bank informed me that I have 3 CCJs issued by this laughable description of a public service. It transpired that my identity was stolen and used to purchase a car. The log book was registered to a different address. I spent 4 hours on hold to CNBC to be told (very abruptly) that the judgements would still stand and enforcement could not be stopped until a police report was submitted. Between time obtaining the police report, my legitimate car was seized by bailiffs, who had been supplied my actual address by CNBC after I reported the genuine fraud to them.

This firm is nothing more than a legal front for the facilitation of unlawful debt collection. CCJs are stamped on an industrial scale by a judge without any consideration for the defendants, who in most cases, are not aware the legal action.

BE AWARE, YOU COULD BE NEXT!

I had a CCJ registered against me for nearly £6000 which was nothing to do with me my insurance company didn’t settle a third party claim so Axa are holding me to ransom until they do! I rang on the 17th of May and spoke to a really helpful man who told me to respond to the claim via email which I did, rejecting any liability. I got an auto reply saying someone would respond in 10 days……no one ever has and I have now spent a total of nearly 6 hours over the last week trying to get through to someone! Everytime I get to about 45 minutes I get cut off! It’s OK though, I’m sure having a CCJ on my credit file for money I don’t owe won’t mess up my credit score right? I’m at my wits end this is actually making me ill with stress!

How can you be on hold for 1 hour 5 mins before you throw your phone away!!!! It’s bad enough having a 2 minute lecture before you even start to question.
Why not have a ring back service, do all the staff stop for tea at three?.
Why don’t you you mystery shop yourselves and see what a disgraceful service you offer, and then you wonder why your staff get agro from the public wanting help!,

The court (knowingly) keeps outdated information online. The Attachment of Earnings order guidance online says that you can submit the N337 form via post and request a telephone callback from the court for the fee payment. I did this in November, only to receive a letter weeks later that I needed to call up the mainline as they no longer did the call backs for fee payments. I did this and paid, and at no point either on the letter or on the phone call was I told that I needed to re-submit the N337 form. I sent a letter a couple of months chasing up the case, only to find out I needed to re-submit the N337 form; this response letter from the court took six weeks. I registered a complaint about the outdated information still being on the website, and despite this, it still remains up to this day. I sent another complaint to get the outdated information removed, but it has yet to be responded to months later. I will submit another complaint so someone doesn’t have to go through the ...
