Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Dart charge lifted my card , admitted this I sent te7-9 in explaining none of this is my fault I’ve done everything correctly, they passed judgement saying PAY there reason is they don’t have to explain themselves. Tragic that our biggest enemy is the the government and the laws they implement which are corrupt . Means testing and robbing, as if life isn’t hard enough

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I received 2 letters stating I didn’t pay for ULEZ, I usually do whenever I go to London, however the ever growing ULEZ zones and road works around or sometimes prove tricky leaving you in the unknown for it.

Rating:1 Spent hours trying to get hold of this office for wrongly being accused of driving fines which were a result of criminally duplicated plates on a different vehicle to the one I own. Despite completing all the relevant forms instructed this office never responded and we had to pay fines to prevent a court ordered bailiff. The car wasn’t one I owned. The driver was someone I had met. They were just using copies of my license plate on a car that wasn’t even the same model as mine.

Last September I called as I was issued with a penalty charge that I never received, I explained to them that I had changed address so they told me to appeal through TEC to which a member on the phone told me that the top section of the form had to be completed with the correct details of my penalty charge. I stated in the reason for appeal section my new address on hopes that they would update their system with my new one. Now in January a bailiff has returned and they said they sent a letter out but I once again hadn’t received anything from them. Why? Because clearly they don’t have eyes to read the reasons section that clearly states the newly updated address that I’m at. I’ve called up now to explain this and the woman on the phone is incredibly unhelpful. These people don’t care to help you. Worst experience of with any customer help service. A bunch of scammers they are. Now I’m over £1000...

I got sent a letter from a baliff company saying I owe money for a bus lane fine that happened a year earlier. I had moved address not long after the incident so I never recieved any letters telling about this fine. Nearly a year on and i get sent a baliff letter saying if I don’t pay this money they will come back and add more charges on. They have sent me 3 letters in a week and a text everyday. Suddenly they know my new address and phone number. I called my local council who told me to raise it with TEC. everyday for a week I waited over an hour on hold and never got an answer. so iv now had to pay 100’s of pounds for a fine i knew nothing about. So I filled the EP3 forms and sent it to them, 5 weeks -18th April 2024.later I received a form for a guy in Kent, so I rang them and the guy told me to email the forms back so I did stating I haven’t heard anything from my forms and she said you have to send them all again as we’ve received your forms and sent them back due to the Solicitors not putting their address down, so I did again but this time I have Marstons debt collectors chasing me for it.
I tried to explain to them about this, clearly whoevers form I received has my form but they weren’t interested, so I rang TEC and they were so rude and abrupt, she wouldn’t give me her name and just said it isn’t her problem if I received someone’s form back instead of mine and the enforce...
