I appreciate this continuity of care & recommend the Elms Dental Practice. I was greeted on reception by Cerys who has been supportive & a point of contact throughout the long process of root canal to crown fit. Thank you to the friendly professional team of staff at The Elms !

Rating:2 The dentists themselves are decent (shame it’s gone private though as I don’t think the service you get warrants private prices) and the reception team are mostly helpful when they’re not accidentally cancelling your appointment and rescheduling it for three months later but for the love of God can someone sort out the parking! It’s absolute chaos, people triple parked, blocking each other in, people parking in disabled spaces who don’t need it because there are no other options. Now that the practise is private there’s no reason to stay and I’ll be looking elsewhere.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Having been a patient for 30 years at this practice the service has been very good. No complaints at all. Now they are private I think the car parking situation should be a priority too now its not NSH and charging for private dental care, its chaos every time to find a suitable space half a hour before your appointment. I visit very often for me and my children all now paying privately by choice as well. This should be addressed to encourage new and long term patients to stay with the practice. I understand its the size of the location but stressful before you even get in there but would soon be charged if you were late for your appointment.

I found it strange that the normally adequate car park was full to overflowing and I had to park in the road. However the waiting room was almost empty making me wonder where was everybody?
