0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I have been told that they promised a girl that she would get her braces removed after 3 years of pain (from the braces and the orthodontists). She was told that they had booked a special appointment for her but they had not which means she still has to go through the pain and the stress the orthodontist puts on her and her family as they are a disorganised company and very unprofessional.

All the staff’s are all nice and treat us with respect and we feel welcome anytime we came around. JULIE and Jona at the reception have been very helpful and happy to serve us through all our visit. Many appreciated.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Excellent all round. We have 3 girls all needing braces. One of the girls was referred first by our dentist well over 2 years ago and has only now just seen an orthodontist close to home. The other girls were referred along time after and have had their braces fitted for a while now at Cheyne Walk. We were very concerned about what we were told at the recent appointment elsewhere so we contacted Cheyne Walk for a 2nd opinion because we felt very comfortable with them. An appointment was made very quickly to help us and we had excellent advice and are now sorting out a referral to Cheyne Walk despite the 3 hour round trip.

My son was really nervous before his appointment,but as soon as we arrived Julie (practice manager) was so friendly and put my son’s mind at ease. We haven’t been seen since as we are on a waiting list but every time we ring to see if there is updates Julie talks us through where we are in the process.

Receptionist are so rude and unhelpful!!
My daughter had a full brace fitted on the 15th Nov.
6days later one of the weights on her bottom teeth became unstuck,
I called and was told there’s no appointments.
Basically nothing they could do.
Now 13days following the brace being fitted the weight next to it has become unstuck.
Leaving her with two weights attached to wire loose and flopping around in her mouth!
I called again and was told, there’s no appointment, there’s nothing they could do!
I cannot believe that they have no contingency for these types of issues, she can’t be the only patient that has experienced problems with their brace.
Completely shocked that they are prepared to leave a potentially dangerous piece of metal hanging in her mouth!
Devastated and disgusted with the aftercare
