0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Halema transformed my hearing aids by changing their settings. Before, I could not really notice a differenece when wearing them. She also showed me how to fit them in by tugging on the ear lobe! The tests were thorough, and she explained everything well.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I have been attending this hearing centre for many years. The team there is fabulous! There is a cheerful greeting by the receptionist from the moment one walks through the door. There is the offer of a warm drink. The wait to see the audiologist is just a few minutes. The tests are carried out with great professionalism and each one is explained. At the end of the testing, the final results are explained and hearing aids are checked and ‘retuned’ (if appropriate). I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else and sincerely hope this branch continues to operate for many years. 10/10!

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 After having attended two hearing tests, I noticed that I have a need for hearing aids. They offer recharge able hearing aids which can be personalised to suit one’s hearing needs, and you can get them under some financial arrangements.

The written questions she was given to read to me were intrusive and seemed merely a means of judging where to pitch the price.
It is a pity the cheaper aids eventually quoted were intimated as being less suitable.
The ‘demo aids’ that were used were not CIE but were used to demonstrate how CIE aids would perform.
I shall continue my search for new aids. This will include writing to Oticon about abandoning the previous model CIE and doubling the prIce since 2013.

Sadly, I still do not qualify for any category due to my residency, duration and financial status.
I will have to wait for almost two years in order to afford buying personalised Oticon hearing aids, else I’ll go for alternative hearing aids for the time being.
But I recommend anyone with hearing issues to approach them, you might be in a better position to get the best deal
