Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I would give 0 stars. My mom has a broken cartillage in her shoulder and we asked for a sick note as she can’t work because she can’t use her hand. After 3 days of trying, we finally had our appointment. When we went there, the nurse said she can’t give her a sick note for more than a week. Yes, shocking. Then she told us that she should ask her employer to move her to an easy department (easy department in a warehouse? Good joke). We told her that is not possible, then she told us she needs to change his job!!! The other day when she talked to one of the gp doctors, he said that he doesn’t think my mom is in so much pain as she said! We had MRI report from a private, because these useless doctors told her she wouldn’t qualify for a NHS MRI! Avoid this surgery!!!!

Rating:1 One of the worst GP i found in Northampton we try 8am every morning to call in Gp for appointment for my daughters but firstly i found every time 25/28 people in line after 1 hours 45 minutes someone received my call and the lady said it’s full booked today they can’t take anymore appointment

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Unfortunately, the receptionist did not allow me the opportunity to fully express my concerns. Instead, she only listened to the beginning and proceeded to make assumptions about the situation without trying to understand the actual issue at hand.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The reception was so rude, I just off the phone when it was my turn. I had been waiting a long time in the queue and the receptionist had no mercy just off the phone. If u cant hear just tell the other line to go find good signal I cant hear u. Not immediately off the phone. I have to go back again waiting for a long time. So disappointing. Be considerate.
