I’ve been trying to get a copy of my electric gas certificate for over 2 years and when I’ve been told it will be provided it hasn’t been. In addition to this I’ve been trying to book an appointment with him for months and there has a lack of response to calls and messages.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My immersion heater had stopped working. He arrived on time and confirmed that all that was required was a new thermostat. He sourced the parts locally and fitted within an hour. It’s all now working and it was very reasonably priced.

I would like to bring your attention that
You are absolutely disgraceful as a company and be ashamed on your licensing body that they re authorised such a unprofessional and inappropriate person that is truly questions marked .My legal representative shortly send reported to the trading strandrad that they must assured that your licenses ll be revoked immediately as you are not deserved for such honourable profession.
You was booked me two month ago and then get a called 28th for another appointment and you was consistently ignored calls and then you given me another appointment after one more month as your inappropriate attitude mada me sick and frustrated.
I am not going to tolerate this time and trust me I ll teach your kind of scammer a life lesson and do my best with the formal legal representation shortly and you should served with the right treatment I promised.
I am prime example for all those business men and domestic property holder that avoid this scamm...

UPDATE: Azam has finally responded to my messages with the following message
“Hello, i have seen you have put bad review in the google.
I must remind you that you have never been our customer, i have not done any job for you and the certificate you were asked you havent pay for it. Now if you do not change your comment I will take your company to the legal action. I have taken a screen shot of your comments
