0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Worst customer service ever experienced in my life. Just went there for battery replacement and they said they will order and sort it out within 3-4 days. Tried to contact them over the phone many times but they didn’t answer it as my number already saved in their phone. Waited another 2 more weeks just for their response as per their false assurance when called from another number. They keep telling ebay is taking too long to deliver the battery and when I tried to order it shows 3-5 days of delivery .It was my mistake to trust them and waited 3 weeks just for battery replacement. Poor customer service and dealings.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Brilliant server from the members of staff at the shop explained the repairs prices very well and what parts would be used. They had a price for Genuine Apple repair but this was quite high so I went with one of the Third party prices at around £100. Phone has been working fine since.

Very friendly staff and I had quite a bit of questions, but I did not feel like I was bothering them at all! They took their time to help me out setting up the new phone. So I actually bought a case and a screen protector from them also! Great quality! HIGHLY RECOMMANDED!

My phone was doing some issues while i put it on charge. I went to all the shops and ask about this they said they have to replace the charging port which will cost me £85.
Then i went to Mobile Lab and the guy there just cleaned my charging port and did service in front of me and it started working perfectly.
Just cost me 15 and phone is charging again.
Highly recommended
