Usual KFC, busy a bit chaotic, feels a bit messy, tables not wiped bin area not very clean. We are in and it’s a good job we did because they missed part of our order.

Food was reasonable, state of the facilities disgusting, went to us the toilet after we’d eaten to find the toilets flooded, no hand cleaner in bathrooms, hand dryer not working, urinal blocked and overflowing on floor, no toilet paper in toilet dispenser, absolutely disgusting knowing the conditions of the customer facilities, how do staff clean their hands

Not my favourite branch, food is exactly as expected, but the toilets usually reek (and on bad days can be smelt from outside on your way in as they are to the right of the entrance). Biggest rat I’ve ever seen in my life out in the carpark.

Don’t go there!!!
Worst quality of KFC ever eaten. Chicken was simply fried without any KFC recipe coating.
Air con not working while it’s 30 degree outside.
Dirtiest toilets!!!… Shame on KFC for this franchise.
When i spoke with the person in charge, he simply said ‘sorry for inconvenience’, no effort to rectify or offer a better customer experience.

Computer based order option available. Quick and quiet. Really good place to dine in with friends and colleagues. Toilet are clean. The good think is, apart from cold drinks, they offer orange juice (Tropicana) as meal side option too. Breakfast chairs available, disability seating available, aa well as 4-seaters and 6-seaters.
