Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Ordered via just eat. Wrong item delivered as it was packed wrong in store. Ordered a double deluxe 1/4 pounder and got a double chhese burger. That was so hard if i had thrown it at the wall it would put a hole in it. Not the delivery guys fault.

Woman on the phone said she would try to get someone to deliver but couldn’t guarantee it.
Sorry its your mistake……..sort it and get the correct item to me.

They bathe the burgers in too much SALT
They drown your coffee with too much SUGAR
It’s almost like they are encouraging your body to have diabetes/hypertension.

I have had good meals from maccies outside this town but this one in this town centre is 0
Healthy eating is important to me particularly when i’m paying for it.

My recent visit to the McDonald’s in Northampton left much to be desired. While the Big Mac meal I ordered was satisfactory, the experience was marred by the lack of included dipping sauce for my fries. When I inquired about this to a crew member, I was surprised to be told that I would need to pay an additional 10p for a single dip. This policy is not consistent with my experiences at other McDonald’s locations, where dipping sauces are typically included with meals. Disappointed with the lack of customer service and inconsistent policies.

Received 20 nuggets total, 2 medium chips and Diet Coke and a vanilla milkshake with no straws. Cherry on the top was the food was barely warm.
Tried to complain on the website but they just directed me to under eats or deliveroo but they weren’t the problem…
