0 You have already voted! Rating:5 They came to my house to deal with an electrical problem where the heat from faulty wiring had melted a fuse box and heated up the adjoining wall. Potentially a very serious fire could have developed in an old house with lots of wood beams.

I write today to leave some feedback following a visit to my nans property on Friday. My nan suffers with Alzheimer’s – 10 years into her diagnosis – and her GP surgery arranged for a Fire Safety inspection, due to her being a heavy smoker still at age 86
Paul attended the property promptly at 10:00am Friday 5th January 2024. I would like to say that from the first minute in her home, he was engaging, personable, very knowledgeable and extremely good with dealing with my nan. I have had health professionals, all who are supposedly trained in dealing with mental health conditions, but I have to say that not one of them engaged with my nan as well as Paul; other people have appeared to be dealing with her as a tick-box exercise and talk over her, or don’t even include her in the conversations. They were reassuring, efficient and dealt with the problem by isolating the box and wiring from the mains and made absolutely sure everything was safe.
They were careful and thorough and cheerful with it although it was Sunday afternoon and they were missing Sunday lunch.
Their speed and efficiency saved my house – and us – from a very much worse fate.
I can’t praise or thank them enough
